About Michoacana Treats

Michoacana Treats is a family-owned business inspired by a tradition that began more than 20 years ago in Tlalpujahua, Michoacán, Mexico.

Our founder, Carlos, learned the art of making traditional Michoacán-style ice cream from his father, who spent many years perfecting his recipes in the famous ice cream shops of Tocumbo. From a young age, Carlos worked in local homemade ice cream shops, developing his skills and preserving the authentic flavors of his Mexican heritage.
